About Us
Ealing Wine Co is a local, independent start-up that aims to provide better wine to Ealing, Chiswick, Brentford, Acton and the surrounding areas. As an avid wine drinker, I have always been disappointed by the offerings of local supermarkets with their big label bland wines. I thought that I could do better and so launched Ealing Wine Co.
I find one of life’s little pleasures is a good meal and a great bottle of wine shared with friends and family. That is why I wanted to find wines that are produced in small, family run vineyards. It is this type of craft wine maker who concentrate on delivering the best flavours and most interesting wines rather than the high volumes and uniform tastes of the big producers.
As a Northfields resident, I’m also keen to promote sustainable local business, so with that in mind, I decided to be as green as possible with the business. Deliveries take place via cargo bike, helping keep traffic and pollution off the road and creating a better local environment.

1. When do you deliver?
We offer same-day local delivery on orders placed before 5pm in as little as 30 minutes. We can deliver within hour slots between 11.00-19.00, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. For orders to the rest of England & Wales we endeavour to deliver next working day but this can sometimes take two working days and can be ordered anytime.
2. I can't select the delivery slot I want?
If you are unable to select the delivery slot you want, that means that all the delivery slots within that timeframe have been taken. Please select another time that is convenient for you.
3. Do you only do same-day delivery?
No! For local deliveries you can select a delivery slot up to two months in advance, so you can ensure you’ll get your order exactly when you want it. For the rest of England & Wales we will ship upon receipt of your order.
4. What areas do you cover?
We hand deliver within a small radius of our warehouse, so we currently only offer same-day deliver to properties within the postcodes W3, W4, W5, W7, W13 and TW8, which roughly cover Ealing, Chiswick, Brentford, Northfields, Hanwell and Acton. We are also able to ship to the rest of England and Wales via DHL within 2 working days. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to Scotland or Northern Ireland at this time.
5. Is there a minimum order?
We do not have a minimum order, if you only wish to purchase one bottle of wine, that is not a problem! However, for local delivery, orders under £50 will have a delivery charge of £5. Orders over £50 have free delivery. For the rest of England & Wales, orders under £100 will have a delivery charge of £10. Orders over £100 have free delivery.
6. Couldn’t I get a bottle of wine for less at the supermarket?
Yes, but our range of wines are a carefully curated selection of boutique wines that you will not find on supermarket shelves. We offer premium wines that far surpass what you will find on a supermarket shelf. We believe that the quality of our wine means we provide great value, even if we are not the cheapest.
7. Do you have a shop we can visit?
We regularly have a stall at The Food Market Chiswick where you can buy by the bottle or enjoy a glass as you enjoy the market. The market runs every Sunday from 10am to 2pm. We hope to see you there!
8. When are you open?
You can order online at any time for either same day or future deliveries (subject to cut off times), though we do not deliver locally on Sunday or Thursday.
9. Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we offer bulk discounts on purchases of the same wine. For sales of between 6 and 11 bottles we offer 5% off and for orders of 12 or more bottles, there is a 10% discount, including cases. This will be automatically applied to your purchase at checkout.
10. Why is your range of wines so small?
We prefer quality over quantity and only stock the best. By having a small range, we can ensure that every bottle is of the highest quality. We rotate the range throughout the year so our wines fit the climate and are always the perfect accompaniment to whatever you are doing.
11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. We are unable to accept payment via bank transfer or cash on delivery.
12. Are you a wine wholesaler?
We are able to wholesale wines to businesses. We specialise in restaurants and caterers in West London, but are happy to supply other types of business. For more information see our wholesale website.
